 PET COSTUME, STROLLER/WAGON & BIKE PARADE
“PATRIOTIC”-Theme
PET COSTUME PARADE – All kinds of animals are invited to participate. However, please leave ones that bite or hurt humans at home. Dress up your pet & yourself if you want.

DECORATED STROLLER/WAGON OR BIKE PARADE – Decorate your stroller/wagon or bike with any patriotic theme or idea. Decorate your stroller/wagon or bike at home, and then join us at 3 pm for a parade around the park.


WHEN:        Saturday June 27, 2011
WHERE:       Children’s Pavilion at Columbia Park
TIME:         3:00pm (Register by 2:45 pm day of event or you can pre-register anytime before event at the Homecoming Booth.
COST:              FREE
WHO:         Anyone of any age can enter their pet of any species or breed, or they may ride their decorated stroller/wagon or bicycle.
RULES:
1.     All animals must be on a leash or under control at all times. Pet owners are responsible for the conduct and control of their pets at all times.
2.     Animals must be in good health, free of illness and communicable diseases.
3.     An adult must accompany children under 9.
4.     Entry blank must be filled out in its entirety.
5.     One entry per animal, stroller/wagon or bike must be completed.
6.     Please come prepared to clean up after your pet.
7.     Parade will be from Children’s Pavilion to Gazebo and back, and will start at the Children’s Pavilion. The Children’s Pavilion is located behind the Columbia Library.
AWARDS:
¨       Trophy for Best overall Pet
¨       Trophy for Best overall Stroller/Wagon (Must have a child in stroller or wagon)
¨       Trophy for Best overall Bike
