NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES

Southwest General Neighborhood Care Center is a voluntary care center that exists to strengthen the quality of life by providing primary health care services delivered with dignity and respect at no cost* to eligible individual and families residing in the following communities: Berea, Brook Park, Columbia Township, Middleburg Heights, Olmsted Falls and Strongsville.

Confidential treatment is provided by a staff of qualified physicians, nurses and clerical volunteers. The Center is seeing eligible patients by appointment only.

*Costs

Appointments provided at the Care Center are available to qualified patients at no cost. However, testing and treatments are subject to financial review, and there may be a fee associated with these services.

If you do not live in the districts noted above, please feel free to contact Southwest General Neighborhood Care Center. If possible, they will give you information about where you might be able to find services.
